Carefully vinified in steel at a controlled temperature, this traditional Abruzzo red wine is a beautiful, intense and brilliant ruby colour. On the nose it amazes for the richness of its bouquet, where it is easy to distinguish a wide range of berries, dark cherries, blackberries, raspberries and fruits of the undergrowth. In the mouth, however, it is taut and finely tannic, all well balanced by a pleasant acidity. Medium to full-bodied, it has a long and pleasantly juicy finish.
