Le Pietre, Rosso Veronese IGT from the Aldegheri winery, is a red wine deeply tied to its territory. It is made from the best grapes of the Veronese hills, Corvina and Rondinella in particular, with the addition of other indigenous varieties. A red characterised by a beautiful dry and fresh flavour, it is the right wine for a thousand convivial occasions, especially if the menu is dominated by meat. From carpaccio to roasts, it is really easy to do justice to this red characterised by a garnet red colour and a slightly wild and spicy bouquet, as well as a hint of vegetal, reminiscent of cut grass. In the mouth, it is well-structured, despite not having an excessive alcohol content, and still relying on a perfect balance of all its components.
