Fortunately, the Capaldo family did not give up and today we can enjoy interesting products. Like this Dubl Rosato, son of Aglianico, a grape variety with a full and rounded taste, and more than 30 months of refinement on the lees. The result is a velvety and persuasive bubble, which strikes the eye for its soft and bright pink colour. On the nose, delicate notes of raspberry, cherry and morello cherry blend and evolve towards hints of cream and pastry. In the mouth it is a wine with a good body, elegant but with a strong taste.
