The bottle is one that does not go unnoticed. Thanks to the beautiful modern and colourful label that perfectly represents the spirit of this interesting Tuscan company. Inside, then, an elegant white wine elevated in oak barrels. A pure Chardonnay, worked by those of Tenuta Aquilaia with all the necessary care. Maremma Toscana DOC, this Chardonnay begins its transformation process with a phase of cold maceration of the must for 12-15 hours. This is followed by soft pressing and the most delicate phase, that of fermenting only the flower must. Once the yeasts have finished their work, the wine obtained is put into French oak barriques for a period of about 6 months and then into steel for the final refinement. The result is a beautiful wine characterised by a brilliant straw yellow colour. On the nose, the scents are mainly floral, with notes of acacia and orange blossom, accompanied by tropical fruit, peach and vanilla. On the palate, however, one discovers a decidedly elegant wine, full and savoury, with a balanced acidity and a lovely lingering finish. If the sun is shining in the sky, but above all we are looking for a wine with which to surprise our friends, this is the right bottle to put in the cart. With a simple spaghetti allo scoglio, cacciucco alla livornese or delicate crudità©s of sea, the result will always be excellent.
