Less known than other Apulian autochthonous varieties, Verdeca is an interesting grape, able to give life to wines of great pleasantness and aromatic richness. A grape that is often enhanced through careful vinification, with low fermentation temperatures and ageing in steel. The result, as in the case of this Valle d'Itria IGT proposed by Terrecarsiche1939, is a pleasantly fresh and immediate wine. The perfect companion for a snack of fresh fish, perhaps eaten right on the beach, with your feet still soaking in the water. The one proposed by the Apulian winery is a wine with a bright straw yellow color, with evident greenish notes. The nose smells of white flowers, honey and herbs. In the mouth it is balanced, with well-integrated alcohol and a lingering acidic note that makes it enjoyable for several minutes after drinking.
