Villa Mura, Glera in purity, comes from a soft pressing of the grapes, harvested around mid-September, when they have reached perfect ripeness while retaining the right degree of acidity. This is followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature and the delicate frothing phase, obtained using the Charmat method in an autoclave. In the glass it has a beautiful, slightly pale straw yellow colour with slight greenish reflections. The nose is pleasantly fruity with clear hints of Golden apple, pear and acacia flowers. In the mouth, however, it is fresh, pleasant, with a good balance between acidity and softness.
