The name on the label is Spiffero. This is an interesting Ciliegiolo di Narni IGP, one of the most representative wines of the territory and of the Tenuta Mazzocchi estate which, it must be said, was one of the founders of the Ciliegiolo di Narni IGT Association. Made purely from grapes grown in the company's historic vineyards in Narni. Vinified in steel, this Umbrian has a fresh and easygoing character. In the glass it has a beautiful garnet red colour. The nose has very intense floral and fruity scents, especially cherry. Despite being a red wine, it is delicate in the mouth with soft and well matured tannins. The result is a wine of great drinkability, capable of accompanying both meat and fish dishes. Try it, for example, with a rich turbot or baked snapper with potatoes.
