In the countryside, the vineyards are conducted partly with the traditional Veronese Pergola and partly with the more modern Guyot. The blend is typical of the region, with Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Croatina. Manual harvesting and careful vinification allow Euphoria to present itself in the glass with a beautiful intense red colour with violet reflections. The nose is pleasantly fruity, with hints of cherry and a nice toasty note. In the mouth it is full, balanced and enveloping. With soft tannins and a typical morello cherry aftertaste. It is the right wine to serve when the menu includes meat and game dishes. Also perfect with hard cheeses.
