Ca' Montini Pinot Grigio is the authentic expression of Trentino. The vineyards from which the grapes that have given rise to this wine come are in fact located in a micro-zone protected by the surrounding mountains. Straw yellow in colour, it has a pleasant bouquet with aromas of apple and citrus fruits. Pleasantly fresh on the palate with good acidity and very well balanced. Its structure makes it ideal with fish dishes and vegetable starters; it is also perfect with light first courses and international dishes such as sushi.
