It provides a secure, end-load resistant transition between metric PE (polyethylene) or steel pipe and parallel threaded female BSP connections. These PRIMOFIT compression female adaptors have anti-shear nuts and NBR gaskets, and are for connection to PE SDR 11/S 5 pipe and Rp/EN 10226-1 threaded pipe. The fitting is pre-assembled and ready to install straight out of the box, with no dismantling or special tools required — it tightens securely via standard manual rotation without the need for pressing or welding equipment.
