Featuring lithium-thionyl chloride (Li-SOCl2) chemistry and designed for single use, LS14250 cells are half AA size; typical applications include metering, memory back up and handheld diagnostic devices as well as tracking systems and security devices. Key features: High energy density and stable output. Efficient operation at very hot and cold temperatures (recommended limits: -60°C minimum and 85° Celsius maximum). Maximum capacity 1.20 A/h, with a pulse capability of 100 mA and suggested continuous current limit of 35 mA. Minimal rate of self-discharge: less than 1 per cent per year in storage at 20° Celsius. Corrosion resistant. Low magnetic signature, thanks to stainless steel end caps and cell jacket.
