It is also beneficial for women, including those who are expecting or nursing, young children, teenagers, the elderly, people recovering from an illness, vegetarians, and people who lead active lifestyles. Usage Before use, shake the bottle thoroughly. Use the included measuring cap. Adults and children over 12 years old should take 10 ml twice daily, roughly 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner. Children aged 6 to 12: 10 ml once every day. Children aged three to five: 5 ml once a day. You shouldn't take more than the daily dose that is prescribed. Food supplements shouldn't be used in place of a healthy diet and active lifestyle. Once open, store in the refrigerator and use within 4 weeks.
